(Alliance News) - Martin Currie Asia Unconstrained Trust PLC said Thursday that Weiss Asset Management LP has picked up a 5.14% stake in the company in a deal on Tuesday.
Weiss Asset Management's former holding in the transaction, if any at all, were not disclosed.
Shares in the trust were down 0.2% at 414.00 pence on Thursday in London.
