LONDON (Alliance News) - Residential Secure Income PLC on Wednesday said that VT Gravis Funds ICVC now holds a 5.291% stake in the company.
VT Gravis interest in the company prior to Friday's deal, if any, was not disclosed.
Residential Secure Income shares were 0.3% higher at 90.88 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
