LONDON (Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC on Friday said it has made an investment of GBP11.7 million by way of a balance sheet loan to Chicago-based consumer credit platform Avant Inc.
VPC said Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, the investment manager for VPC Specialty, was an early investor in Avant when it started offering consumer credit in early 2013.
Shares in VPC were up 0.2% to 100.69 pence on Friday morning.
