LONDON (Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP183.0 million from its C share issue.
A total of 183.0 million shares were issued under the transaction at 100.00 pence per share, the company said. Shares in VPC were up 1.0% to 103.25 pence on Wednesday.
Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, the investment manager of the fund, said the proceeds will be used to invest in the specialty lending market.
