Victory Capital submits new bid for rival Janus Henderson
March 17 (Reuters) - Victory Capital on Tuesday submitted a new bid to acquire rival asset manager Janus Henderson.
Under the revised proposal, San Antonio-based Victory is offering $40 in cash and 0.25 of its shares for each Janus share. (Reporting by Arasu Kannagi Basil in Bengaluru; Editing by Sahal Muhammed)
