LONDON (Alliance News) - Victoria Oil & Gas PLC Monday said its Gaz du Cameroun SA subsidiary has completed all pipeline and metering installation to the Bassa and Logbaba power plants in Cameroon ahead of schedule, meeting all contractual obligations.

Gaz du Cameroun has issued completion certificates to ENEO Cameroon SA, Cameroon's power utility company, for all pipeline construction work and pressure reduction and metering stations at both the Logbaba and Bassa power stations located in the port-city of Douala, it said. The work was completed ahead of the March 15 target date.

The subsidiary is ready to connect the gas-fired electricity generations sets that are being installed by equipment partner, Altaaqa Alternative Solutions Projects DWC-LLC, Victoria added.

Victoria's shares were up 4.1% at 62.69 pence Monday morning.
