LONDON (Alliance News) - Uranium Resources PLC Thursday said its largest shareholder, Estes Ltd, has agreed to extend the repayment dates of two loans provided to the company until the end of June this year.
The company said it has signed supplementary agreements with the shareholder to extend the USD1.0 million loan facility and the USD300,000 loan facility agreement until the end of June 2016. Both those facilities have been fully drawn down by the company.
Estes is by far the largest shareholder in the company with a 55.1% stake.
Uranium Resources shares were down 6.6% to 0.420 pence per share on Thursday morning.
