LONDON (Alliance News) - Uranium Resources PLC said Friday that it has appointed Mark Purits, currently working as an independent investor and financial consultant, as non-executive chairman.
"We are pleased to welcome Mark Purits to the board as chairman and we are confident that his experience in capital markets and resources industry will be a valuable addition to our team as we progress with the development of the company," said Managing Director Alex Gostevskikh.
Shares in Uranium are untraded Friday. It last closed at 0.489 pence.
