(Alliance News) - Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC, a provider of an automated trading platform, on Tuesday confirmed Chief Executive Gordon McArthur sold 2.6 million shares in the company.
McArthur sold the shares, representing a 5.2% stake, at 84 pence each - with the transaction worth around GBP2.2 million. Following the transaction, Gordon McArthur has a beneficial interest in a total of 27.5 million shares, representing around a 54% stake in the firm.
McArthur has agreed not to dispose of any of his remaining shares for at least 12 months.
Shares in Beeks Financial closed down 5.0% at 83.64p in London on Tuesday.
