ULS Technology Launches New Conveyancing Service For L&G Mortgage Club

Wed, 07th Sep 2016 07:01

LONDON (Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC on Wednesday said it has launched a new conveyancing service developed for Lloyds Banking Group PLC to be launched with the Legal & General Mortgage Club.

The L&G Mortgage Club, owned by FTSE 100 life insurer and investment manager Legal & General Group PLC, is the largest mortgage distributor in the UK to professional financial advisers.

The platform was built by ULS, which makes software for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, using its eConeyancer technology. The platform will allow members of the L&G Mortgage Club to choose between a panel of 200 solicitors.

No financial details on the launch were disclosed.

"We are benefiting from increasing levels of traction thanks to our ability to tailor innovative products for our clients. Ultimately our proprietary platforms benefit end users putting power into the hands of consumers in a market where traditionally they had little choice. We are delighted that our services will be available to Legal & General Mortgage Club," said ULS Chief Executive Ben Thompson.
