(Alliance News) - UK Oil & Gas PLC on Monday said it received a notice from lenders Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd to convert GBP150,000 of a loan into shares.
UKOG said it has allotted 28.1 million shares to the lenders, reducing the loan balance to GBP3.0 million. UKOG now has 7.42 billion shares in issue.
The company's stock was trading 5.6% lower at 0.59 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
