Huntingford, the current chair of Future PLC, will succeed Phil White as chair of Unite Group on April 1, 2021.

Retains 39.8 million shares, a 2.8% stake. Says sale was to fund a hotel business that Archer owns in Europe and that has suffered from Covid-19. Says has no plans at present to sell further shares.
