(Alliance News) - Tritax Big Box REIT PLC shareholder DV4 Properties Barwood Co Ltd sold GBP52.0 million worth of shares in the company, Jefferies International Ltd said Friday.
The London-based investor in distribution centres said that DV4 sold 26.9 million shares at 193 pence each. The sale reflects around 1.6% of Trixtax's issued share capital and accounts for DV4's entire holding. Tritax Big Box will receive no proceeds from placing.
Jefferies acted as sole global coordinator of the bookbuild process.
Tritax Big Box shares were trading down 0.8% at 198.90 pence each in London on Friday morning.
