Tribal Group Appoints Mark Pickett As Chief Financial Officer

Mon, 25th Apr 2016 06:47

LONDON (Alliance News) - Education software and services company Tribal Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Mark Pickett as its chief financial officer, effective from July 4.

Pickett is currently chief financial officer and finance director for the UK at Computer Sciences Corp. He will succeed Steve Breach at Tribal Group, who is stepping down from the board at the end of June but will "remain available for a period to enable an orderly transition".

"Mark has deep experience of the technology industry and a strong track record of business transformation, cost control and profit improvement in international software businesses," said Tribal Chief Executive Ian Bowles in a statement.
