Trafalgar New Homes Says Planning Appeal In Kent Dismissed

LONDON (Alliance News) - South East England-based property developer Trafalgar New Homes PLC on Tuesday said its appeal on its planning application in Staplehurst in Kent has been dismissed.

The company said it is now reviewing its options for the site and is planning to seek the advice of a planning consultant, with the prospect of the company tabling a new plans which will address the previous reasons for the scheme being rejected.

The group said its other developments are progressing on track, with the building programmes at Ticehurst in East Sussex and Borough Green in Kent well-advanced and work set to start on its Tunbridge Wells scheme in Kent.

Shares in Trafalgar were untraded Tuesday, having last traded at 0.932 pence.
