Terrace Hill to build Asda in East Cleveland

Property Developer Terrace Hill is to build a new supermarket for Asda in Skelton, East Cleveland."Following a very positive public consultation process, the planning application for the development is due to be determined in the autumn and the store could be open by the end of 2012," Terrace said.Terrace Hill develops retail sites, offices, industrial parks, colleges and other properties."This agreement with Asda at Skelton is another example of our ability to attract major foodstore occupiers to our retail sites," Terrace Hill's head of retail Duncan McEwan said. "We have a growing pipeline of foodstore development sites throughout the Country which continue to attract competitive interest from retailers and which will deliver strong returns for our shareholders."
