Telefonica considers multiple offers for equity stakes in Telxius

(ShareCast News) - Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica says it has received several offers for the acquisition of an equity stake in subsidiary Telxius Telecom Ltd.Telefonica formed Telxius to hold infrastructure assets, among them its telecom masts and and deep-sea fibre optic network.It said it was in the process of negotiating and analysing the diverse range of alternatives presented.
