TechMARK movers: Sinclair's new incentive plan

Sinclair Pharma is calling a general meeting to gain shareholder approval for a new executive incentive scheme. The Sinclair Pharma Plc 2011 Value Creation Plan involves the allocation of units from a total pot. These units offer a share in the growth of the business depending on the achievement of a hurdle rate. The annual hurdle is a minimum growth in total shareholder return of 20% a year. Any growth higher than that will enable the participants of the scheme to receive 15% of the value created.Vodafone has appointed the boss of its 65%-owned South African operations as chief executive of its Spanish subsidiary. Shameel Joosub will take up his new job on 1 April.
