Cancer drug developer Antisoma is higher after it announced that its phase III trial for AS1413 (amonafide L-malate) in secondary acute myeloid leukaemia is fully enrolled. AS1413 has orphan drug status in the US and the EU for the treatment of acute myeloid leukaemia. It has Fast Track status from the FDA for secondary acute myeloid leukaemia.Imagination Technologies is lower due to concerns that it may have lost out on a contract.
