Team17 makes Crawford's CFO appointment permanent

Tue, 21st Apr 2020 08:42

(Sharecast News) - Video games developer Team17 appointed Mark Crawford as its permanent chief financial officer on Tuesday.
Crawford, who originally joined Team17 as interim CFO back in November 2019 to oversee the company's 2019 audit, will take on the role with immediate effect.

The AIM-listed group decided to stick it out with Crawford after his work supporting the relocation of the company's new development studio in Wakefield and its acquisition of Yippee Entertainment.

Chairman Chris Bell said: "We are delighted that Mark has agreed to join Team17 on a permanent basis having made such a strong impression throughout his interim period.

"The board unanimously agreed that Mark has both the skills and experience required to support Team17's ongoing growth and strategic ambitions."

As of 1300 BST, Team17 shares had dipped 1.94% to 557p.
