Sustainable Capital Takes 4.1% Holding In Capital Drilling (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Exploration and drilling company Capital Drilling Ltd said on Wednesday African investment company Sustainable Capital Ltd has bought 5.6 million shares to acquire a 4.1% stake.

Before the transaction on Tuesday Sustainable Capital did not have any shares in Capital Drilling.

Shares in Capital Drilling closed down 0.3% on Wednesday at 40.40 pence each.
