Steppe Cement names new non-exec chairman

(ShareCast News) - Paul Rodzianko has been appointed as independent non-executive chairman of Steppe Cement, the construction materials producer said on Monday.Rodzianko, who is currently an independent non-executive director of the company and the chairman of the audit committee, will step into his new role with immediate effect, the London-listed company added in a short statement.Steppe Cement shares were up 4.19% to 21.88p at 1137 BST on Monday.
