Sound Energy Says Rig Mobilised For First Tendrara Well

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mediterranean-focused oil and gas company Sound Energy PLC on Friday said the rig has been mobilised for its upcoming first well at the Tendrara licence area, onshore Morocco.

The rig has been mobilised from Mauritania and is due to arrive on site in early March, Sound said.

The company also said it has secured final approval from the Moroccan National Environmental Committee for the first two wells at Tendrara.

Sound shares were up 2.5% to 17.8 pence.
