SmartSpace Secures New Software Sales Channel From Partner Evoko

Tue, 11th Feb 2020 11:47

(Alliance News) - Workspace management software provider Smartspace Software PLC on Tuesday said it has found a new channel for the sale of its software through its partnership with meeting room display panel manufacturer Evoko.

On Tuesday, Evoko said it has launched Naso, its next-generation meeting room panel. The new panel will offer enhanced meeting room functionality, as well as integrated software on a subscription basis which will allow users to manage bookings using Microsoft Outlook and a new Naso app.

Smartspace also said that users of the new panel can opt to subscribe for additional modules to help them manage desks, and provide visitor management functionality, thereby giving them a completely integrated workplace management solution.

The company said that its share of the revenue expected to be generated from the newly-launched panel and associated software subscriptions will help support its expectations for its current financial year ending January 31, 2021.

"We have made a considerable investment over the past two years developing the software platform for Naso. We share Evoko's excitement at seeing this new generation meeting room platform finally launch in the market. This partnership exposes SmartSpace to Evoko's significant user base around the globe. The reputation of the Evoko brand combined with its direct and indirect channels create a potentially significant opportunity for SmartSpace," said SmartSpace Chief Executive Frank Beechinor.

The stock was trading 10% higher at 32 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
