Vectura is at its highest since mid- March after GlaxoSmithKline agreed a £20m deal to license some of the inhaled therapies developer's formulation patents.Glaxo will pay Vectura £10m in September and £10m by the time two of the compounds are launched. It will also receive royalties worth up to £13m a year."This adds strong support to our 'buy' rating and 70p target price," said analysts at KBC Peel Hunt.Australian miner Norseman Gold has shut down the OK Decline underground mine after a worker was killed in an accident there.The company says little is known of the incident, but the mine will be closed while a full investigation takes place.Sabien Technology, maker of energy saving devices for boilers and air-conditioning units, has won a £316,299 contract with a UK facility management company.The firm will install its M2G technology in a "major English County Council's" corporate estate.
