Eastern Europe-focused oil and gas explorer and producer Aurelian is to raise about €32m to fund well development.Shares in Camco International jumped after the carbon credit specialist said it ended 2009 with a strong cash position and expects recent developments in the US to present substantial business opportunities in 2010.Shares in African Copper rose after the miner reached an agreement that it said would put its borrowings from Zambia Copper Investments on a 'more permanent footing.'Zambia Copper Investments has received shareholder approval to replace the $7m bridge loan facility and the US$25.4m bridge loan facility that ZCI provided to the African Copper in May 2009 with a four year secured credit facility of $31.1m.Manchester based insurance broker CBG expects full year results to be in line with management forecasts and is confident about prospects for the coming year. The firm will announce final numbers on 23 March.Surveillance software firm RCG has denied speculation in the FT last week about a possible placing of the 22% stake controlled by the estate of Nina Wang, once Asia's richest woman.'The board and the company are not aware of any reasons for such developments,' said the group, which confirmed that trading during the second half of 2009 remained in line with expectations.Trafficmaster has acquired Fleet Management Solutions, the refinancing of its debt facilities and an equity placing for an initial $6.9m in cash and $0.35m in shares.Mobile marketing and advertising group Velti expects its performance for the year ending 31 December to have been broadly in line with market expectations with total revenues in excess of €65m, an increase of about 24% on 2008. Security, defence and fire protection provider Westminster Group has entered into a four year framework contract with the UK Ministry of Justice relating to the supply and maintenance of various security equipments for UK Prisons. The group did not comment on the value of the deal.Surgical Innovations, the designer and manufacturer of innovative medical devices, said its US Master Distributor, SI USA, has signed a three year agreement with one of the largest Group Purchasing Organisations in the US, effective from 1 February 2010.China Real Estate has disposed of its 50% interest in the Tangdao Bay joint venture development. The 50% interest in the joint venture has been sold to its partner in the project, SIIC Shanghai Holdings based on a price of RMB1.389bn representing a 10.9% premium to the most recent independent valuation in June 2009. Net cash proceeds from the transaction amount to £33.8m at today's exchange rates with no borrowings to be repaid from the sale proceeds.Support services group Cape has been awarded additional contracts with Shell Philippines Exploration valued at US$10m. Cape has secured the Shell Malampaya 2010 Shutdown Isolation Package which comes on the back of the recently awarded "Offshore Hook Up and Commissioning Contract" on the Shell Malampaya Offshore Shallow Water Platform.Miner Noventa continues to expect that initial production at the Marropino mine in Mozambique will commence around March 2010. The first phase will use previously mined tailings, followed by a later phase using the previously mined and rejected oversize material. The previous mistakes in extraction and production as well as the process design have been identified and verified by test and inspection. The new plan, that has been subjected to peer review, avoids these pitfalls, it added.
