Sigma Broking Cuts Alpha Growth Stake To 5% From 15% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Growth PLC said Monday that Sigma Broking Ltd had reduced its stake in the financial advisory business to 5.1% after a transaction on Friday.

Prior to the transaction, Sigma held a 15% stake in the company.

Shares in Alpha Growth were down 11% at 2.10 pence each on Monday.
