Shell Convent refinery may begin gasoline unit restart Friday –sources

HOUSTON, March 16 (Reuters) -

* Royal Dutch Shell Plc may begin restarting thegasoline-producing unit at its 227,586 barrel-per-day Convent,Louisiana, refinery on Friday, said sources familiar with plantoperations.

* The 92,000 bpd gasoline-producing fluidic catalyticcrackingunit was shut on March 8 for unplanned repairs, the sourcessaid.(Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Bernadette Baum)
