Sensyne Partners With Cognizant And US Data Firm For Product Launches

Fri, 15th Nov 2019 14:22

(Alliance News) - Sensyne Health PLC on Friday said it will launch its health software products in the US in partnership with IT services firm Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp and data company Agorai.

Sensyne will launch three products in the US, the first being its GDm-Health product, which monitors gestational diabetes. GDm is currently in use in 15 UK National Health Service trusts.

The EDGE product, to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a lung disorder and Support-HF, for heart failure, will also be launched in the US.

Chief Executive Paul Drayson said: "Cognizant and Agorai are excellent partners that will enable us to ensure that the full potential of these innovative products, first invented in the UK's NHS, is realised in the US market.

"Following the appropriate regulatory approvals, Cognizant will provide these digital health applications to US health care providers and the commercial return made by Sensyne will be shared with the NHS."

Sensyne Health shares were 2.7% higher at 102.68 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
