(Alliance News) - Clinical AI technology company Sensyne Health PLC said Friday it has appointed Independent Non-Executive Director Annalisa Jenkins as acting chair with immediate effect.
She will be standing in for Charles Swingland, who is recovering from a recent period of ill health, which is expected to take several weeks.
Jenkins has been a non-executive director at Sensyne for a year since 2018, and is currently chief executive officer at PlaqueTec Ltd, a developer of liquid biopsy system used for the treatment of coronary artery disease.
Shares in Sensyne Health were down 4.8% at 100.00 pence on Friday.
