San Leon Energy Gets USD19.0 Million From Midwestern Leon (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - San Leon Energy PLC said Tuesday it has received USD19.0 million from Midwestern Leon Petroleum Ltd, as part of a loan note agreement.

The payment satisfies all of Midwestern Leon's obligations for the first quarter of 2018, and San Leon is due a further USD19.0 million per quarter during 2018.

San Leon shares were suspended from trading at a price of 24.62 pence each on Tuesday.
