Russian minister says no plans to toughen restrictions on foreign energy firms -RIA

MOSCOW, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Russia's Natural ResourcesMinister Sergei Donskoi said on Friday that Russia was notplanning to toughen restrictions on foreign oil and gas firmsworking in the country in response to Western sanctions, RIAnews agency reported.
