Rotork acquires actuator service firm Flowco

Actuator manufacturer and flow control company Rotork has acquired the entire issued capital of Flowco, a valve and actuator service firm in Bath, UK.Rotork's Chief Executive Officer, Peter France, said the transaction would improve the group's value in the manufacturing of actuators, a type of motor for moving or controlling a mechanism or system."Flowco will further enhance our service offering in the southern part of the UK market," he said in a statement."Flowco has excellent relationships with its water utility customer base who value the responsiveness of its service offering."RD Rotork
