(Alliance News) - Regional REIT Ltd on Thursday said it will pay a fourth quarter dividend of 2.55 pence per share for the period to the end of December.
For the three-month period from October 1, 2019, to the end of December, the estate investment trust will pay a 2.55 pence dividend on April 9 to shareholders on the register at the end of the day Friday next week. The last trading day with interim dividend rights is Thursday next week.
The quarterly payout brings the 2019 dividend to 8.25p, up 2.5% from 8.05p paid for 2018.
Separately, the company said it expects its 2019 results to be in line with expectations. The results will be published on March 26.
The stock closed 3.2% lower at 115.60p each on Thursday in London.
