LONDON (Alliance News) - Emulsion fuels producer Quadrise Fuels International PLC on Tuesday said Executive Chairman Ian Williams will retire at the end of March after a decade with the company.
He will be replaced from April 1 by Mike Kirk, who joined the group as a non-executive director in December.
Quadrise shares were up 2.3% at 11.00 pence on Tuesday.
