PZ Cussons New Finance Chief Sarah Pollard Appointed From Nomad Foods

(Alliance News) - PZ Cussons PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Sarah Pollard, most recently deputy chief financial officer of frozen food firm Nomad Foods Ltd, as its own CFO.

Pollard has been appointed as finance chief, and member of FTSE 250-listed personal care products maker PZ Cussons's board, effective January 4.

At Nomad, she was "responsible for all corporate finance functions" and before that she held senior finance roles at drinks firm Diageo PLC, supermarket chain Tesco PLC, and consumer goods firm Unilever PLC.

Alan Begin, PZ Cussons's current interim CFO, will stay in the role until January and then through a handover period.

Shares in PZ Cussons were up 0.4% at 226.00 pence in London on Thursday morning.
