(Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed PureTech Health PLC on Thursday said affiliate Karuna Therapeutics Inc announced the pricing of underwritten public offering to raise USD250.0 million.
The clinical stage biotechnology company said Karuna will issue 2.6 million shares at a price of USD96.00 each.
In addition, PureTech said Karuna has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 390,000 shares, at the offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
The offering is expected to close on Monday next week, subject to customary closing conditions.
PureTech shares were trading 2.5% lower in London on Thursday morning at 281.71 pence each.
