Provexis Appoints Frederic Boned As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Provexis PLC said Wednesday it appointed Frederic Boned as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Currently, Boned is EMEA vice president of DSM's Human Nutrition & Health business, a part of DSM Nutritional Products, the largest shareholder of the company with 7.6% stake.

Provexis and DSM have a long-term alliance agreement in place for the development of Fruitflow, a heart-health functional food ingredient, in global markets through sales as an ingredient to brand owners in the food, beverage and dietary supplement categories.

Provexis shares were untraded at 0.41 pence each.
