Primary Health Properties Declares Third Interim Dividend

(Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC on Wednesday said it will pay a 1.4 pence per share dividend for its third quarter.

The third quarter interim dividend consists of a 0.65 pence per share property income distribution plus a 0.75 pence ordinary dividend. A scrip alternative is available. The ex dividend date is Thursday next week and the payment date is August 23.

The 1.4 pence third quarter dividend is equal to the second and first quarterly dividends, although the first interim differed slightly in that the property income distribution per share was 0.75 pence and the ordinary dividend per share was 0.65 pence.

Shares in the primary healthcare facilities investor were up 1.0% at 137.50 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
