Premier Technical Services Performing In Line With Expectations

Mon, 20th Jun 2016 06:57

LONDON (Alliance News) - Niche specialist services provider Premier Technical Services Group PLC on Monday said that, since the start of 2016, it has achieved strong sales and its profit is in line with the board's expectations.

In a statement to be made at the company's annual general meeting on Monday, Chairman John Foley said both working capital utilisation and profit levels have been "in line with the board's expectations" since the start of 2016, and noted a particularly strong sales performance from its installation divisions.

"Our contract renewal rates remain high at 85%, and the group has secured new contract wins across all its disciplines, including a number of multi-discipline framework agreements with new and existing customers," Foley said, noting that Premier Technical's six acquisitions completed in 2015 are "delivering healthy contributions to turnover and profit".

"The board is confident that the business is in a strong position to continue to grow both organically and through carefully selected acquisitions," Foley added.
