Porta Communications Appoints Steffan Williams As Managing Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Porta Communications PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Steffan Williams to its board as group managing director, reporting to its chief executive officer.

Williams was mostly recently a partner at WPP PLC subsidiary Finsbury, and prior to that founded Capital Communications, which was sold on to Publicis Groupe.

Shares in Porta were down 2.2% at 6.11 pence Wednesday.
