PME Infrastructure announces 10 cents dividend

PME African Infrastructure Opportunities is returning 10 cents a share of uninvested cash to shareholdersAIM-quoted PME invests in sub-Saharan infrastructure operations. The company's net asset value is $123.8m, or 86 cents a share, at the end of June 2010. Share buy backs at 65 cents a share have helped to reduce the amount that the NAV a share fell to 7%. There is $64m in the bank and the dividend will cost $14.4m. The dividend will be payable to shareholders registered on 24 September. The payment date is 22 October.
