Palace Capital Sells Surbiton Properties For GBP1.2 Million

Fri, 01st Jul 2016 08:06

LONDON (Alliance News) - Property investor Palace Capital PLC on Friday said it has sold Argent House & Argent Court in Surbiton in Surrey for GBP1.2 million.

The property comprises one office building and six business units. The sale price was GBP300,000 above the book value of the property, Palace said.

"Contracts were exchanged and the sale completed yesterday. Notwithstanding the uncertainty created by the referendum vote we will continue to recycle our capital, focussing on those properties where we consider that there is little opportunity for growth," said Neil Sinclair, Palace's chief executive.

Palace shares were untraded on Friday morning, having last traded at 318.50 pence.
