Old Mutual Non-Executive Paul Baloyi Stepped Down From Board

(Alliance News) - Old Mutual Ltd on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Paul Baloyi has left the company, taking up a position at "another financial services institution".

Baloyi stepped down with effect on Tuesday, Old Mutual said.

"The chair and the board of Old Mutual would like to express their deepest appreciation for the tremendous contribution by Mr Baloyi during his tenure as member of the Old Mutual board," the company explained.

Old Mutual shares closed 1.8% lower at 58.82 pence each in London on Wednesday. In Johannesburg, they ended the day down 1.9% at ZAR12.40.
