(Alliance News) - Network International Holdings PLC announced on Wednesday that the deadline for its acquisition by BCP VI Neptune Bidco Holdings Ltd has been extended.
In June, the UAE-based provider of payment products and services agreed with Bidco, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management Ltd, to the terms of a cash acquisition.
It has been confirmed that following an agreement between the two parties the date for this acquisition will be extended from April 9 to October 9 2024.
The decision remains subject to court approval.
Network International Holdings shares were up 0.2% to 393.80 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
