Network International Appoints CFO Malhotra To Board

Wed, 03rd Jun 2020 09:53

(Alliance News) - Network International Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Chief Financial Officer Rohit Malhotra to its board as an executive director, effective immediately.

Maholtra joined Network International in 2019 and was hired as CFO in 2015.

The Middle East & Africa-focused payment services company said that in line with cash conservation measures announced in April - such as a hiring freeze and director fee reductions or suspensions - Maholtra will not be paid any long-term incentive plan awards and bonuses or any annual cash bonus for 2020.

Shares in Network International were trading 1.5% higher at 473.60 pence each on Wednesday morning in London.
