Naminco Lowers Stake In AfriTin Mining To 18% From 25% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - AfriTin Mining Ltd said Thursday that Naminco Ltd had decreased its stake in the African tin mining company to 18% after a transaction last Friday.

Naminco lowered its holding to 91.9 million shares. Prior to the transaction, Naminco held a 25% stake in the company.

Shares in AfriTin Mining were trading down 1.9% at 2.78 pence per share on Thursday.
