MS International Non-Executive Pyle Retires After 39 Years At Firm

(Alliance News) - Engineering company MS International PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director David Pyle has retired with immediate effect, after six years in the role since 2013.

Prior to that, he was an executive director at MS International for 33 years from 1980 to 2013, meaning he has collectively been part of the company for 39 years.

Shares in MS International were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 170.0p in London.
