(Alliance News) - Doorstep lender Morses Club PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Hayward has left with immediate effect.
Morses did not say why Hayward has departed. Non-Executive Director Andy Thomson will take on the CFO role on an interim basis while the company looks for a successor.
Last week, Yorkshire-based Morses warned profit for the 53 weeks to February 29 would miss expectations, with losses in the Digital unit higher than forecast.
Shares were down 19% on Tuesday shortly after midday in London at 37.45 pence each.
