(Alliance News) - Hostelworld Group PLC said Thursday investment manager Miton Group PLC doubled its stake in the hostel operator to over 10% following a transaction on Wednesday.
Miton held 9.8 million shares in Hostelworld after the transaction, equivalent to a 10% stake in the 95.6 million shares outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Miton held a 5.0% stake in Hostelworld.
Shares in Hostelworld were 1.2% higher at 139.00 pence in London on Thursday.
